Check your account verification status and understand what each status means. This guide explains the verification stages and what to do at each step.

How to check your status

  1. Open the 1xBet app and log in
  2. Tap Menu (☰) or your profile icon
  3. Go to My Account
  4. Select Verification
  5. Your status is displayed at the top

What does my status mean?

Status Details

Not Started

What it means: You haven't submitted any verification documents yet.

What you can do:

  • ✅ Deposit funds
  • ✅ Place bets
  • ❌ Cannot withdraw

Action: Start verification before you want to withdraw. Go to Menu → My Account → Verification.

Pending

What it means: Your documents have been uploaded and are waiting in the review queue.

What you can do:

Action: No action needed — just wait. Typical wait: 24-48 hours.

Under Review

What it means: A team member is actively reviewing your documents.

What you can do:

Action: Wait a few more hours. This is the final step before approval.

Approved ✅

What it means: Your identity has been verified successfully.

What you can do:

Action: None needed. Your account is fully verified!

Rejected

What it means: Your documents were not accepted. Check the app for the specific reason.

Status FAQ

Can I speed up verification?

No. All verifications go through the same queue. Submitting multiple times may actually slow things down. Just wait for the process to complete.

Can I withdraw while status is "Pending"?

No. Withdrawals are only available after your status changes to "Approved". You can continue depositing and betting while waiting.

How often do I need to verify?
