How to View Transaction History
- Open 1xBet app and log in
- Tap Menu (☰) in the corner
- Select My Account
- Tap Transaction History
- Use filters to find specific transactions
Transaction Types

Transaction Statuses

Using Filters
Filter transactions to find what you need:
- Date range: Select start and end dates
- Transaction type: Deposit, withdrawal, bet, etc.
- Status: Completed, pending, declined
- Amount range: Min and max amounts
- Payment method: Specific method used
Quick Filters
- Today — transactions from today
- This week — last 7 days
- This month — current month
- Last month — previous month
- Custom — any date range
What You Can Do
View Details
Tap any transaction to see:
- Transaction ID
- Exact date and time
- Payment method details
- Status updates
Cancel Withdrawal
While status is "Pending":
- Tap the withdrawal
- Click "Cancel"
- Funds return to balance
Export History
Download records:
- Select date range
- Click "Export"
- Choose format (CSV/PDF)
Report Issue
If something is wrong:
- Note the Transaction ID
- Contact support
- Provide details
Understanding Bet History
Bet transactions show additional details:

Bet Statuses
- 🟡 Open: Bet placed, events not yet settled
- 🟢 Won: Bet won, winnings credited
- 🔴 Lost: Bet lost, no return
- ⚪ Void: Bet cancelled, stake returned
- 🟡 Cashed Out: Early payout taken
How Long Is History Kept?

Why can't I see old transactions?
Very old transactions may not display in app but are stored by 1xBet. Contact support for records older than what's shown.
Transaction ID not found — what does it mean?
This can happen if the transaction didn't complete. Check your payment method for any charges/debits. Contact support with details.
Can I get a statement for tax purposes?
Yes. Export your transaction history as PDF/CSV for any date range. Contact support if you need an official statement.
Why is my withdrawal showing as "Completed" but I haven't received money?
"Completed" means 1xBet has sent the funds. Delivery time depends on your payment method (e-wallet: minutes, card: 1-7 days, bank: 2-7 days).
