How to access settings

  1. Open the 1xBet app and log in
  2. Tap Menu (☰) or your profile icon
  3. Select My Account or Settings
  4. Choose the section you want to edit

Personal Information

Update Email

  1. Go to Settings → Personal Info → Email
  2. Tap Change Email
  3. Enter your new email address
  4. Enter your password to confirm
  5. Open confirmation email and click the link
  6. Your email is now updated

Update Phone Number

  1. Go to Settings → Personal Info → Phone
  2. Tap Change Phone
  3. Enter your new phone number with country code
  4. Enter the SMS verification code
  5. Your phone is now updated
Important: Keep your email and phone up to date. They're needed for password recovery and security notifications.

Change Password

  1. Go to Settings → Security → Change Password
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter your new password (8+ characters)
  4. Confirm your new password
  5. Tap Save

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • Special characters recommended
Tip: Use a unique password that you don't use on other sites. Consider using a password manager.

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. Toggle each notification type on/off
  3. Changes save automatically

Language

Change the app interface language:

  1. Go to Settings → Language
  2. Select your preferred language
  3. App will reload with new language

Time Zone

Set your time zone for accurate event times:

  1. Go to Settings → Time Zone
  2. Select your location or UTC offset
  3. Event times will update automatically

Privacy Settings

Common Issues

Can't change email

  • Check you entered password correctly
  • New email must be unique (not used before)
  • Check spam folder for confirmation
  • Contact support if issues persist

Can't change phone

  • Ensure correct country code
  • Check SMS isn't blocked
  • Wait 2 minutes for code
  • Try different number format

Password change failed

  • Current password must be correct
  • New password must meet requirements
  • Passwords must match exactly
  • Try logging out and using "Forgot Password"

Settings not saving

  • Check internet connection
  • Update app to latest version
  • Clear app cache
  • Try again later

Settings FAQ

Can I change my username?

Your account ID cannot be changed. If you registered with a custom username, contact support to request a change (not always possible).

How do I delete my account?

Contact customer support to request account closure. You must withdraw all funds first. This action is permanent.

Can I merge two accounts?

No. Multiple accounts violate terms of service. You should close extra accounts and use only one.

How do I change my country/currency?

Account country and currency are set at registration and cannot be changed. You would need to create a new account (close the old one first).
