Android Update Issues
Update Download Fails
- Check internet connection
- Switch from WiFi to mobile data (or vice versa)
- Clear browser cache if downloading from website
- Try downloading at different time (less traffic)
- Disable VPN if using one
Installation Blocked
Android blocks apps from "unknown sources" by default:
- When prompted, tap Settings
- Enable Allow from this source
- Go back and retry installation
Or manually: Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps → Browser → Allow
"App not installed" Error
- Free up storage space (need 200MB+)
- Uninstall old version first, then install new
- Re-download the APK (file may be corrupted)
- Restart phone and try again
In-App Update Not Working
- Close the app completely
- Go to official 1xBet website
- Download latest APK directly
- Install over existing app
iOS Update Issues
App Store Update
- Open App Store
- Tap your profile icon (top right)
- Pull down to refresh
- Find 1xBet and tap Update
If update not showing:
- Check you're signed in to correct Apple ID
- Check region/country settings
- Force close App Store and reopen
- Restart iPhone
Direct Download Update (Enterprise)
- Go to 1xBet website in Safari
- Download iOS app
- Install when prompted
- If "Untrusted Developer": Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → Trust
Update Stuck or Failing
- Check WiFi connection
- Free up storage (need 500MB+)
- Offload app then reinstall fresh
- Delete and reinstall from scratch
Not Enough Storage
Updates need free space to download and install:
Android
- Settings → Storage
- Check available space (need 200MB+)
- Tap "Free up space" or delete:
- Unused apps
- Old photos/videos
- Downloaded files
- App caches
iOS
- Settings → General → iPhone Storage
- Check available space (need 500MB+)
- Enable "Offload Unused Apps"
- Delete large apps/videos you don't need
Problems After Updating
App crashes after update
Clear app cache: Settings → Apps → 1xBet → Storage → Clear Cache. If still crashing, uninstall and reinstall fresh.
Logged out after update
Normal for some updates. Just log in again. Your data is safe on servers.
Settings reset after update
Some updates reset preferences. Re-configure your settings (notifications, odds format, etc.).
Features missing after update
Could be UI redesign — features may be in different location. Could be temporary server issue. Contact support if feature is truly gone.
App slower after update
First launch after update can be slow. Give it a few uses. Clear cache if persists. Reinstall if still slow.
Manual Update Method
If automatic updates don't work:
Android
- Note your current version (Settings → About in app)
- Go to official 1xBet website
- Download latest APK
- Open downloaded file
- Allow installation from unknown sources if prompted
- Install (will update existing app)
iOS
- Delete current app (your account data is safe)
- Restart iPhone
- Download fresh from App Store or website
- Install and log in
Check Current Version
- Open 1xBet app
- Go to Settings or Menu
- Look for About or App Version
- Note the version number
- Compare with latest version on website
If versions match, you already have the latest update.
