Notifications

Stay updated on bets, results, and promotions:

Android

  1. Open Settings on your phone
  2. Go to Apps → 1xBet
  3. Tap Notifications
  4. Enable Allow notifications
  5. Customize notification types as needed

iOS

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll to 1xBet
  3. Tap Notifications
  4. Enable Allow Notifications
  5. Choose alert style (banners, sounds, badges)
What you'll receive: Bet settlements, cash out opportunities, favorite team alerts, bonus offers, account notifications.

Location

Required in some regions to verify you're in an allowed area:

  4. Select Allow only while using the app

Camera

  2. Enable Camera toggle
When you'll need it: KYC verification (taking photos of ID), scanning payment QR codes, video verification calls.

Storage / Photos

For uploading verification documents:

Android

  1. Open Settings → Apps → 1xBet
  2. Tap Permissions
  3. Tap Storage or Files and media
  4. Select Allow

iOS

  1. Open Settings → 1xBet
  2. Tap Photos
  3. Select Selected Photos or All Photos

Biometric Login

Use Face ID or Fingerprint for quick, secure login:

Enable in 1xBet App

  1. Log in to the app normally first
  2. Go to Settings in the app
  3. Find Security or Login Settings
  4. Enable Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint
  5. Confirm with your biometric
Requirements: Your device must have biometrics set up in system settings first.

Permission Issues

Notifications not arriving

Check permissions are enabled. Disable battery optimization for 1xBet. Check Do Not Disturb settings. Reinstall if needed.

"Location required" but it's enabled

Make sure location services are on system-wide. Try "While Using" instead of "Always". Restart the app.

Can't access camera for verification

Grant camera permission in phone settings. Restart app after granting. Make sure camera works in other apps.

Biometric login not working

Re-register biometric in app settings. Make sure biometric is set up on your phone. Try removing and re-adding.

Privacy & Security

  • Minimal permissions: Only grant what you need
  • Location "While Using": Better than "Always"
  • Camera when needed: Can disable after verification
  • Review periodically: Check what permissions are granted
