Data not updating in 1xBet app? Here's how to fix synchronization problems.

Common Sync Problems

Quick Sync Fixes
- Pull to refresh — Swipe down on main screens
- Force close and reopen — Fresh connection to server
- Check internet — Switch WiFi/mobile data
- Log out and back in — Resets session data
- Clear app cache — Removes old cached data
Balance Not Updating
After Placing a Bet
- Wait 10-30 seconds for server processing
- Pull down to refresh balance
- Check "My Bets" — if bet shows there, balance should update
- Close and reopen app if still stuck
After Winning
- Winnings added after event settles (can take minutes)
- Pull to refresh periodically
- Check transaction history for payout
After Deposit
- Most deposits instant, some take 5-15 min
- Check transaction history for confirmation
- If not showing after 30 min, contact support
Note: Balance is always accurate on server. Display issues are just visual delays.
Bets Not Showing
Just Placed a Bet
- Wait 1-2 minutes (server processing)
- Check "My Bets" or "Bet History"
- Pull down to refresh
- Look for bet confirmation number
Bet Disappeared
If a bet was showing but now isn't:
- Check "Settled" tab — may have already won/lost
- Check if event was cancelled
- Filter by date range in history
- Log out and back in
Important: If bet took money but doesn't show anywhere after 10 minutes, contact support with bet details.
Different Data on App vs Website
Why It Happens
- Cached data on one device
- Different refresh rates
- App version behind website
- Session data out of sync
How to Fix
- Log out of app
- Clear app cache
- Log back in
- Compare data — should now match
Website data is typically more current. Trust website if there's a discrepancy.
Live Betting Sync Issues
Odds Not Updating
- Check internet speed (need stable connection)
- Close other apps using bandwidth
- Move closer to WiFi router
- Switch to mobile data if WiFi is slow
Live Scores Delayed
- Normal delay of 5-30 seconds
- TV broadcasts often ahead of data feeds
- Refresh page for latest
"Odds Changed" Errors
When placing bets during live events:
- Enable "Accept any odds changes" in settings
- Or tap "Accept" when prompted
- Odds change rapidly during live action — normal behavior
Network-Related Sync Issues
- Test internet: Can you browse other websites?
- Toggle airplane mode: On for 10s, then off
- Switch networks: Try WiFi vs mobile data
- Restart router: If on WiFi
- Disable VPN: VPNs can cause sync delays

Contact support if:
