Session Expired

Keep getting logged out of 1xBet? Here's why sessions expire and how to stay signed in.

Last updated: January 22, 2026

What "Session Expired" Means

A session is your active connection to 1xBet. When it expires, you're logged out and need to sign in again. This is normal security behavior.

Good news: Your account is safe. Session expiry is a security feature, not a problem.

Why Sessions Expire

Reason Description Normal?
Inactivity timeout No activity for extended period ✅ Yes
Time-based expiry Sessions expire after set time ✅ Yes
Password changed All sessions end when password changes ✅ Yes
Logged in elsewhere New login ends old session ✅ Yes
App update Some updates require re-login ✅ Yes
Security concern Suspicious activity detected ⚠️ Check account
Server maintenance Sessions cleared during update ✅ Yes

Normal Session Expiry

It's normal to be logged out after:

  • Several hours of inactivity
  • A few days even with activity
  • Changing your password
  • Logging in on another device
  • Clearing app data or reinstalling

Just log in again — this is expected behavior.

Sessions Expiring Too Often?

If you're being logged out very frequently (multiple times per day), try:

  1. Check "Remember me" — Enable it when logging in
  2. Disable battery optimization — App may be killed in background
  3. Enable biometric login — Quick re-login when needed
  4. Update the app — Bug may be fixed
  5. Clear cache and re-login — Corrupted session data

Disable Battery Optimization

Android: Settings → Apps → 1xBet → Battery → Unrestricted

iOS: Settings → 1xBet → Background App Refresh → ON

Security Considerations

If sessions expire unexpectedly, consider:

Someone Else Logging In?

Each new login can end previous sessions. If you didn't log in elsewhere:

  • Change your password immediately
  • Enable 2FA if not already
  • Check login history in account settings
  • Contact support if suspicious

Check Active Sessions

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings → Security
  3. Look for "Active Sessions" or "Logged in devices"
  4. Log out unknown sessions

How to Stay Logged In Longer

  • Enable "Remember me": When logging in, check this option
  • Use biometric login: Quick re-login with Face ID/Fingerprint
  • Keep app in foreground: Background apps may lose session
  • Don't clear app data: This logs you out
  • Avoid shared devices: Public devices log out faster
Security note: On shared or public devices, you SHOULD be logged out. Don't use "Remember me" on devices others can access.

Specific Scenarios

Logged out after app update

Normal. Some updates require fresh login for security. Just sign in again.

Logged out when switching networks

Can happen when IP changes dramatically. Log in again. Enable "Remember me" to reduce this.

Logged out after phone restart

Usually happens if "Remember me" wasn't enabled. Enable it next time. Use biometric for quick login.

Logged out while using the app

Could be server issue or forced logout. Check internet connection. If happens repeatedly, contact support.

When to Be Concerned

Contact support if:

  • You're logged out immediately after logging in
  • You see unknown devices in active sessions
  • Your password was changed without your action
  • You receive login notification emails you didn't trigger
  • Balance or settings changed unexpectedly
