Forgot Password
- On login screen, tap Forgot Password

- Log in with new password
Wrong Username or Password
Check Username
You can log in using any of these:
- Account ID: Numeric ID (e.g., 123456789)
- Email: Your registered email
- Phone: Your registered phone number
Check Password
- Caps Lock off?
- Correct keyboard language?
- No extra spaces before/after?
- Try showing password to verify
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Issues
Code Not Working
- Sync time on your phone:
Android: Settings → Date & time → Auto time ON
iOS: Settings → General → Date & Time → Set Automatically ON - Wait for new code (codes expire every 30 seconds)
- Enter code immediately after it appears
Lost Authenticator Access
- Try backup codes if you saved them
- Contact support with account verification details
- Provide ID verification to disable 2FA
Account Locked
Temporary Lock (Failed Attempts)
After several wrong passwords, account locks temporarily:
- Wait 30 minutes for automatic unlock
- Or contact support for immediate unlock

Account Suspended

- Disable biometric login
- Re-enable biometric login

- Check biometric works in other apps
- Re-register fingerprint/face in phone settings
